The Employee Benefits Survey includes information on the following:

  • Medical plan design, including information on high deductible health plans with employer funding

  • Dental plan design

  • Employee medical and dental contributions and cost-sharing

  • Medical and dental cost and trend

  • Vision plan design

  • Life, Short/Long Term Disability benefits

  • 401(k) plan design

  • Vacation and paid time off

  • Leaves (including MAPFML)

The survey design and methodology remains largely the same year after year, allowing you to use it to benchmark your benefits over time. Benefit averages are broken out by type and size of company.
