• Monday 4/29: Survey open (invitations go out by email)

• Thursday 5/23: Survey closed to new responses

• Tuesday 5/28: Survey locked; no changes to submissions

• Wednesday 6/5: Draft survey completed; findings available upon request

• Tuesday 6/11: Personalized surveys distributed
